We are excited to announce that RedSwan CRE Nigeria has launched its Core and Value-Add Funds ($800 million each), offering investors the opportunity to gain exposure to institutional-quality commercial real estate in the USA and major cities across Africa.
The funds are tokenized to provide investors with the convenience associated with real-world digital assets, and the minimum entry into the fund is just $100, with a flat 1.5% annual management fee.
The funds invest in high-quality, income-producing commercial real estate across office, retail, industrial, corporate residential, student housing, and other specialty asset sub-sectors, and are managed by the Registered Investment Advisory team.
