Erica S. Henning is a veteran institutional real estate executive. With a 20-year track record spanning the allocator, investor, lender, and developer seats, she has overseen more than $2B in principal investments and institutional mandates. She specializes in driving portfolio value, scaling platforms, and stabilizing high-stakes projects by aligning capital structures and operating models with strategic objectives.
A member of Investment and Valuations Committees, her record includes co-leading the real estate group for an $8B university endowment and directing high-velocity dispositions for a Top 10 lender during the Global Financial Crisis. As a strategic advisor, she integrates financial strategy with operational risk management to modernize platforms and drive institutional scale.
In addition to her role as an Advisory Board Member at RedSwan Digital Real Estate, she serves on the Board of Directors for Camp For All and was previously an Adjunct Professor at the University of Houston. Erica holds an MBA from The Wharton School and both undergraduate and graduate degrees from Cornell University.
