Frequently Asked Questions
Questions? We're here to help
I'm a property owner. Why should I tokenize my project?
Tokenization empowers you as a property owner, transforming your property into a liquid, tradable digital asset. This unlocks access to a global pool of accredited investors, improves capital efficiency, and allows for fractional ownership—meaning you can raise funds without giving up complete control. It’s a more intelligent, faster way to finance or recapitalize your asset, putting you in the driver’s seat of your investment strategy.
What happens when I create an account?
Creating an account gives you access to the RedSwan platform, where you can explore real estate offerings, submit properties, or start the investment process. To ensure your security and compliance with regulations, you’ll go through a simple onboarding flow, including identity verification and investor qualification.
What is an Accredited Investor?
An accredited investor meets specific financial criteria set by regulators—typically based on income, net worth, or professional certifications. This designation allows access to private investment opportunities, including tokenized real estate deals offered on RedSwan.
What is an Expression of Interest?
An Expression of Interest (EOI) lets you indicate your interest in a property offering before committing capital. It helps property owners gauge demand and gives investors access to high-potential opportunities early. It’s non-binding but puts you at the front of the line.
What is the criteria for submitting a property?
Properties must meet our due diligence and underwriting standards to be considered for tokenization on RedSwan. We typically focus on institutional-grade commercial real estate with strong fundamentals, a clean ownership structure, and clear revenue potential. Our team reviews each submission thoroughly before approval, ensuring that your property is in good hands.
Can I invest in an individual property?
Yes. RedSwan offers tokenized access to individual real estate assets, allowing you to choose exactly where your capital goes. You can evaluate each property’s financials, location, and structure, then invest based on your own strategy.
