Fatai Tunde Ogunwale (Country Manager, Africa): Fatai has over a decade of experience in the Nigerian real estate market, from Project Manager to Surveyor and Valuer,  and is a member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV). He completed the  Postgraduate Data Science and Business Analytics program at the University of Texas, McCombs Business School, in Austin. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Estate Management, Estate Surveying, and Valuation from the Obafemi Awolowo University in Nigeria.   He will oversee the implementation and growth of RedSwan’s African operations. His local insights and expertise are crucial for navigating the regulatory landscape and fostering investor confidence.
