Edward Nwokedi is the Founder and CEO of RedSwan Digital Real Estate, a pioneer in tokenizing over $9B in commercial real estate, and the Executive Director of Sales of RedSwan Markets, LLC. With over 20 years of experience in CRE and capital markets, he has built an SEC/FINRA-compliant marketplace that expands access to security token offerings for real estate. Formerly the Executive Director at Cushman & Wakefield, he oversaw $2.7 billion in multifamily transactions in Texas. Edward holds a Series 82 FINRA license and a Series 65, an MBA from St. Mary’s College of California, and a B.S. from the University of Michigan. He also serves on the advisory board of the Bauer Real Estate Program at the University of Houston.
